Review Sites@Duke Pro information and then submit your request form with fund code.

Within 2 weeks of your request, we'll provide you with an empty staging site and detailed next steps.

Discuss your site's goals, users, and content in a one-hour user experience consultation, with the option to purchase additional UX packages.

Plan, create, and enter your content into the new site using our flexible features and layouts.

We'll work with you on an accessibility audit and final pre-launch review, before making your new site live.

We recommend the site owner or another power user place the request. You must be authorized to use your unit's fund code.

Review the request form below, and gather the necessary information to submit your request (e.g., URL approval, cost center/fund code). Reviewing this blank copy of the survey will help you prepare.
Fill out and submit the request form. The survey does not need to be completed in one session. You may complete a portion, and your progress will be saved until you return later to finish the remainder of the survey.
The Sites Pro team will review your request and contact you within 2 business weeks with next steps.
